1. Professional Estimates & Diagnostic Requirements
Sewer Surgeons provides expert solutions for residential and commercial plumbing and sewer infrastructure.
- Preliminary Estimates: All pricing provided via phone, email, or https://sewersurgeons.com/ is a non-binding estimate.
- Sewer Video Inspection: Because we specialize in trenchless “no-dig” technology, a Sewer Video Inspection is required to accurately diagnose structural integrity and internal debris before a final contract is issued for lining or coating.
- Financing: Financing options are provided through third-party lenders and are subject to credit approval and separate contract terms.
2. SMS & Mobile Messaging Consent
By contacting us at (609) 334-1937 or scheduling via our online form, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Sewer Surgeons for:
- 24/7 Emergency Dispatch: Real-time updates for urgent backups, burst pipes, or failing sump pumps.
- Service Logistics: Appointment confirmations, technician ETAs, and scheduling reminders.
- Technical Reports: Digital delivery of video inspection results and project completion photos.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel. Standard message and data rates apply.
3. Licensing, Insurance & Professional Standards
Sewer Surgeons is a family-owned, locally operated business, fully licensed (#B10420), bonded, and insured with A+ BBB accreditation. All work—including specialized pipe coating and hydro jetting—is performed by background-checked plumbers in accordance with the New Jersey Plumbing Code.
4. Punctuality & Statewide Service Factors
We serve an extensive area including Morris, Union, Essex, and 11 additional NJ counties. While we offer 24/7 availability, we are not liable for delays caused by:
- Heavy New Jersey traffic (GSP, NJ Turnpike, or local Chatham/Morristown congestion).
- Severe weather conditions affecting safe outdoor trenchless operations.
- Delays in utility marking (NJ One Call 811) or municipal permit approvals.
5. Advice & Trenchless Disclaimer
Information on our website regarding Pipe Coating, Trenchless Pipe Lining, and Micro-Cleaning is for educational purposes. Every plumbing system in the Garden State is unique; digital content is not a substitute for an on-site professional diagnostic.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by New Jersey law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service rendered. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural failures in pipes that were already collapsed or structurally absent prior to the cleaning and rehabilitation phase.
