The Lateral Lining System is used to remotely repair entire sections of damaged pipe or sections anywhere in the lateral.
This process begins with a felt liner that is soaked in epoxy then pulled into place through the system. When the liner is in place, a rubber bladder is internally expanded, using air pressure which secures the epoxy to the interior of the pipe.A pull-in-place application can be used through 45° and 90° angles whereas inversion applications cannot. The application also allows you to line only certain pipe sections as opposed to the entire length.The other most common method of CIPP (Cured-in-Place Pipe) lining is filled with water, air or steam. Once cured-in-place, the end points and connection points are trimmed to allow for flow. Millions of linear feet of drain and lines have been saved using the pull-in-place process.
